American
Stainless Hardware - Built Tough
For our stainless garage doors we had to have
the absolute best in hardware Period.
We trust American Door Supply with all of our
stainless hardware needs, we believe they have the best hardware
in the industry down to the last little screw.
Lets Take a look at The American
Hardware Difference:
The Springs: Normally a torsional spring is made for approximately
a 7 year lifespan. It lasts for approximately 7,000 - 10,000 cycles and is composed of
extruded spring steel that is suceptable to rust.
Another type would be the galvanized variety, a corrosion resistant
alternative with a higher elastic modulus allowing for longer life...
What we use is what we like to call the Super Life
Spring©, a 50,000 cycle spring extruded from Stainless Steel... these springs are one of
a kind and are warrantied for LIFE...
The Track Why take half measures, when you can fully integrate
commercial grade stainless track on your residential doors, not only are these track pure
stainless but are rated to handle doors 10 times the weight... Secondly they have cleaner lines on them so they
integrate well with your modern architecture.
The Hinges Heavy duty stainless hinges constructed for
The Rollers Stainless shaft with an 11 bearing proprietary
Soft Tire roller for smooth quiet operation... These are very unique as the roller is not
made from the typical hard nylon that can crack over the years.

The Bearings These things are marvelous and made in the good old U.S.A not like the
ordinary garage door bearings that blow out after a few thousand cycles. They can actually get packed with grease
periodically which greatly enhances the life time on your door.

Do yourself a favor and look at some of the bearings on your current door, even the super
high end exotic wood variety and you will Immediately know the American hardware difference!
